provides more information on your mailings—both domestic and international—than
any other tool of its kind in the industry. With this proprietary system, DHL Global
Mail delivers key data on your shipments directly to you—on one easy-to-navigate,
customizable extranet. You can track shipments, view and download invoices—both
current and historic, up to 90 days—and generate custom reports to help you
manage your mail program.
Besides allowing you to track your domestic mail and parcels, our Customer Web Portal offers a rare degree of transparency for international shipments by providing access to our Track Asia, Track Latin America and Track Canada services.
The portal offers access to a tremendous amount of information, which can be displayed in the manner that is most helpful to you. You can generate reports on shipment volumes and weights, sorted by each different Global Mail product used and viewable in various ways. Depending on your data needs, you can have shipment information presented for a single day or week, or sorted by factors such as Bill of Lading number, destination and—for publications—title. You can also create custom performance reports based on your specified criteria and receive summaries sorted by week and mail product.
