Enhanced tool offers new consumer-friendly capabilities for B2C parcels

The upgrades, including robust new tracking capabilities, can help Global Mail customers tap new markets efficiently and cost-effectively.

  • Track their domestic and international B2C parcels via one interface
  • Track their international parcels until final delivery using an internal reference number or Global Mail tracking number
  • Send tracking numbers to consumers as links to a customized tracking site, hosted by Global Mail and branded with the customer’s company name and logo
  • Allow consumers to track international parcels on the customer’s own e-commerce site through Global Mail’s new API/ XML Web service
  • Offer consumers the ability to sign up for email alerts on the latest tracking events
