Beth Day

Vice President of Human Resources & Services

Beth Day, Vice President of Human Resources & Services, joined DHL Global Mail – Americas in June 2007. Before she was appointed to her current position, Beth served as Director of Compensation & Benefits.

Prior to joining DHL Global Mail, she directed compensation, benefits and Human Resource Information System functions in the pharmaceutical, technology, banking and public sectors. Among other accomplishments in her career, Beth developed an executive equity plan for one of Australia’s largest corporations at the request of its Board of Directors.

Beth received a bachelor’s degree in Management from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in Dispute Resolution/ Mediation from Nova Southeastern University. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Professionals.
